David Somers
David’s passion for harnessing people’s potential to “do the best they can” no doubt began in his Army days. Graduating from the Royal Military Academy and leading what can best be described as some fairly “tough” characters as a young 2nd Lieutenant, David developed his innate ability to inspire and motivate others.
Today, David applies these same qualities to the benefit of businesses throughout the UK.
Like all great leaders, David’s hands-on approach and real world experience bring credibility to his work – David doesn’t deal in theory, but offers proven, practical and measurable solutions to transport operators who want to improve profits, improve safety and grow their businesses.
Dave Kay
Dave Kay has joined the Road Skills team having retired from the Police Force after 30 years service, most recently in Lincolnshire and previously in Kent. As Head of Collision Investigation for both theses forces Dave has dealt with a number of high profile media fatal investigations.
